Store Policies

Artisan Baking Co. offers the following Returns Policy: All sales final.

All special orders must be pre-paid and picked up during the appointed time. If you do not call or email at least 24 hours before your pick-up time to re-schedule or cancel, your payment is forfeited and no store credit will be issued.

Class fees are non-refundable, but enrollment is transferable (you may send a substitute if you cannot make it to class).

If you have to cancel your class enrollment, you must call or write to us at least 24 hours in advance, and we will issue you a store credit to apply to another class. If you do not call or write to us in advance, and you miss your class, your fee is non-refundable and no credit will be issued.

Tickets to Farm & Fork dinners and special events are non-refundable.
